This program will emphasize the importance of wellness. A first session will be simply going over some facts to then begin a routine of walking at least three days of the week for a full hour, but people can enter and leave as desired (to keep it stress-less!). Regular programming will start at 7 a.m. Once a month participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a free hatha yoga session by a local Portales instructor in the evening!
For all ages; 12 and under requires guardian present
Registration is not required.
