Requirements for Submission

In order for us to serve all ENMU community groups equitably, submissions for advertising must comply with the following requirements:

  • All ads must be approved by Student Activities prior to submission. The form for requesting approval can be found here;
  • Submissions must be digital; no paper advertisements will be displayed in the GSSC. The preferred digital format is: JPEG 1056 X 816 pixels (landscape orientation);
  • The ad must be submitted by end of business day Friday to display it one week from the following Monday. For example, if the ad needs to be displayed by Monday, Oct. 14, we must receive the ad by Friday, Oct. 4;
  • Advertisement submissions may be reformatted as needed; and
  • Upon approval, advertisements will be included in the ad slideshow, rotating every 30 seconds.
